You’ve dreamed about this day your whole life, and here it is. This took a great deal of work, so I hope you enjoy it! Then, sims get promoted to Resident, where they get a small amount of pay before they choose which track they want to go through. Sims start out as Med Students with no pay, so that’s a good time for a Young Adult to stay at home with mom and dad or move in with a working roommate. I wanted to make this realistic, so, much like real medicine, this is a difficult career track to master. This is very different than the Doctor profession from Get to Work, so check it out!

This is a rabbit hole Medical career with 4 different tracks– Cardiology, Pediatrics, Plastic Surgery, and Dermatology. This is a difficult, yet rewarding career that many will fail in. Medical school is filled with studying and no pay, Residency has long hours, and the medical profession is all about honing in skills and building relationships with your patients. Their lifespan is being subtly reduced for every moment they spend with these health issues. On the other hand, good fitness can extend your sim’s lifespan.0.5 Update: When Sims are experiencing low blood pressure, there is less effect on their lifespan than with other health issues, but they now experience occasional symptoms of aches and dizziness.Success in the medical field is only found by the most intelligent, ambitious sims. Being overweight or underweight will make your sims get tired a little faster, and need a little more sleep to be rested.Being overweight/underweight or having high/low blood pressure, can result in a higher risk of further problems with your Sim’s health.


It can be affected by a Sim’s age, traits, and fitness, and can fluctuate with their mood, energy levels, and hydration.Weight: also a new health data feature that tracks the fitness and fat of your Sim.
